At Drawn & Kept, every item is made with care and prayer—created to encourage, inspire, and uplift. While most of our customers are delighted with their purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as expected.
💌 Our Heart on Refunds
Because many of our products are custom-made just for you (especially our photo magnets and personalized prayer packs), we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for customized items unless they arrive damaged or there’s been a mistake on our part.
That said, your experience matters to us—and if something’s not right, we’d love the chance to make it so.
📷 What if something arrives damaged?
If your order shows up damaged or incorrect in any way, please send us an email at refunds@drawnandkept.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

A brief description of the issue

A few clear photos of the item(s)
We’ll respond promptly and do our best to resolve the issue—whether that means a replacement or another solution that feels right.
🛍️ Non-Custom Items
If your item wasn’t customized and you’d like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees).
